Yes, yes Mr. Bahneja - but just where in Hades have these "...hundreds of professionals..." been hiding since the Cold War started in 1949? Their suits and boots on the ground haven't made a damn bit of difference with their resolution conflict training "...at the cutting edge where the problem is taking place." No, the problem is that academe only produces more and more bureaucrats with less and less crtical thinking capacity!! Better political initiatives won't get to first base without NEW IDEAS founded on constructive, concrete, actionable plans. What are you offering to the long suffering publics?
