Yes, yes Mr. Bahneja - but just where in Hades have these &quot;...hundreds of professionals...&quot; been hiding since the Cold War started in 1949?  Their suits and boots on the ground haven&#039;t made a damn bit of difference with their resolution conflict training &quot;...at the cutting edge where the problem is taking place.&quot;  No, the problem is that academe only produces more and more bureaucrats with less and less crtical thinking capacity!!

 Better political initiatives won&#039;t get to first base without NEW IDEAS founded on constructive, concrete, actionable plans.  What are you offering to the long suffering publics?</description>
